Angels are the messengers of God. Angels are believed to be kind and lovable being. Angels manifest goodness, purity and selflessness. They guide humans to reach the heavens and to avoid hell.
"It is not because angels are holier than
men or devils that makes them angels, but because
they do not expect holiness from one another,
but from God alone."
Devils on the other hand, are the chief evil spirits, a supernatural being subordinated to the foe of God and the tempter of human beings. A very wicked or malevolent person and the ruler of Hell.
Unlike magnets, the reason behind the feud between the two is that they are actually opposite in many ways. One follows God while the other is an enemy of God, One is good while the other is evil. The other lives with happiness while the other lives in pain, sadness and anger. Unlike two rival human beings, the two rivals will never be together.
Angels can fly because they carry no burdens.
